Jumpcloud is a service that allows you to have one password that gets pushed out to many different services. This is meant to make life easier for users because they will not have to remember so many passwords!

*Jumpcloud only syncs your password out to other services and machines. Not the other way around!
What Do I Need to Do to Set This Up?
You will receive an invitation email from Jumpcloud. Using the link provided in the email, set your password. Your password must be 8-16 characters long with upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
You can change your password anytime.
How Do I Log In to My Work Services After Setting My Password?
Once the password has been set in Jumpcloud, It will be the same for all Jumpcloud connected services at the company. The only difference is the usernames. You have both a Jumpcloud username and an email address. Most cloud services use the email address, and most physical devices use the username.
in most cases your username is the same as the first part of your email address before the @yourcompany.com part.
Log in with your work email and Jumpcloud password:

*Mac computers will sometimes let you use your first and last name as the username, but not always. Best to use your jumpcloud username instead.
Are There Services That Do Not Work With Jumpcloud?
Software licences and other websites that you use for work might not compatible with Jumpcloud. But they may have buttons like this:
You should try these first if your work email is powered by Gmail or Microsoft o365. This will save you having to remember another new password!
